Please place orders online via our secure server 24 hours/ day. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American  Express, Discover, Paypal. You can also print  out your order directly from the site and send a check or money order.  
 
Customer service phone support available via phone on Mon. through Fri. from 10:00 AM- 4:00PM MST, but we still prefer that all orders are placed online, and questions are often best asked online as well.

You will receive an automatic notification from the USPS on the day that your order ships, please check your email box for your auto-receipt. Using that number, US orders can be tracked here:

If your label was printed within 1-24 hours of receiving notice, you will see this message:

This is an auto generated response from the USPS, and when your parcel is processed by the US Post, the message will read:

   The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper
   on (Date of Label Printing) to expect your package for mailing. This does
   not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.
   Delivery status information will be provided if / when available.
   Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check
   again later.

The above message provided proof that your package has shipped, and that a label to your address was paid for and printed on that day. The USPS does not scan Airmail parcels en route like UPS Ground does. These are standard messages from the US Post, for all Priority Mail Shipments with Delivery Confirmation Numbers. The next message that will appear on site will confirm date of delivery, when your parcel is finally re-scanned by carrier at destination, and appears as follows:

Your item was delivered at 12:15 PM on April 12, 2008 in CITYNAME, STATE 12345.

International orders are not traceable, (and we waive all liability for loss, damage, confiscation) but you will receive notification and your customs number on the date that it ships. Repeat tracking request are offered by emailing customer service after waiting a full 10 business days from order date for domestic orders, and a full 20 days for international orders.*

*Most Malas are made to order, and as with all natural stones and monitor variations, actual colors may vary slightly from web images. Customers can specify the color and placement of the three "marker beads"  used to divide Mala and tassel color. We will do our best to accommodate custom requests with materials available. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and considered a "work of art."   Malas will be sent as close to the web image as possible depending on available materials, if no custom requests are required. Complimentary Mala bag is offered in assorted colors, and we make the best effort to choose a harmonious color and style. If you'd like you Mala redesigned or if your mala breaks after our warranty period, we offer restringing service  for $18.
